Eligibility for Refund
Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged upon delivery, you are eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product to initiate the refund process.
No Refunds for Non-Damaged Products: If the product is not damaged upon delivery, no refunds or returns will be accepted. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to the original source account used for the purchase. The refund will be processed within 7 banking working days from the date of approval.
